1. Summary

Tsaina Lodge operates tsainalodge.com. The Site is a single informational page with one contact form. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. The only personal information we receive through the Site is what you type into the contact form and send to us.

We do not sell, rent or lease personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

2. What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message, which typically includes your crew size, project location and dates.

If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to tell us.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identification numbers, health information or any other sensitive information through the Site. Please do not send them through the contact form.

3. Why we use it

We use the information you send solely to answer your enquiry, to confirm availability and terms, and to arrange a stay if you go ahead. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list and we do not send promotional email from the Site.

4. Cookies and tracking

This Site does not use cookies. It does not run Google Analytics or any comparable analytics tool, and it contains no advertising or social media tracking pixels. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.

As with any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, browser type, times of access and referring addresses. These are used for security and to keep the Site running, not to build a profile of you.

5. Who else sees your information

The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which transmits your submission to us by email and stores it for a limited period so that we can retrieve it. Formspree acts on our instructions and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes.

Our website hosting and our email are provided by our respective service providers, who may process the data incidentally in the course of delivering those services.

We may disclose personal information without notice where required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or property, or to protect the safety of any person.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to it and to maintain a record of our dealings with your company, and thereafter as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. We delete or archive it when it is no longer needed.

7. Security

The Site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and you acknowledge that there are limits to security and privacy inherent in the internet that are outside our control.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Write to the address in section 11 and we will respond within a reasonable time once we can verify who you are.

We may be unable to delete information where we still need it to complete something you asked for, to detect or prevent fraud or security incidents, to comply with a legal obligation, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Residents of California, and of other jurisdictions with comparable laws such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us and we will help.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy.
